"we were treated rudely by an ENT staff member at Rotherham hospital"

Today we had an OPD appt with the ENT consultant and we were unsure as to where to go. We saw the Audiology dept and we met a member of staff who was most rude to us!

I was on a disabled scooter and approached him as he was inside a small office to be told to get back and arms waving at me as if I were a leper.

Later on we were asked to wait for an audiology test and this man again called my husband and as we started to move he began shouting at me, not you and waving his arms about and saying get back there is no room for you and there is a step.

When my husband said he wanted me with him, he said no and we told him I had been with him previously with a lovely gentleman called Pete last Wednesday and a student, he maintained his rude attitude and so I reversed back to where we had been waiting.

Other patients also commented to me on his rudeness and as a former Ward Sister I feel his personal skills need upgrading to stop any other patients being treated so rudely.
