Personally dont like the new hospital. Mum was in stroke rehab ward and although there were some very nice staff, I think it is totally unacceptable for someone to be made to wait 45 mins for toilet facilities. Also, lack of dignity. I really dont thin k to be told 'you have a pad, just do it on that' several times is very dignified
