"Unhappy with every experience I have had here"

I finally got a referral through my GP for me to speak to a a gynaecologist at this hospital. After dealing with PCOS pains for most of my adult life I was eventually diagnosed and advised to confirm this and check no further issues were present the best progression would be to have a laparoscopy and hysteropscopy. They also advised to insert a coil to help with the lining of my womb. I attended in July for an outpatient procedure which went smoothly. After coming around from the operation I was in a lot of pain. I was taken into my room once I was stable. Within five minutes I was alone and shortly after a nurse came in. She did not speak or ask how I was but began to move the bed by the control to in upright position where I began to scream in pain. I had not been out of surgery for more than 20minutes and she decided the best thing would be to change my position so my stitches were creased. I began to cry and she left the room without even acknowledging she had hurt me. Luckily my family were there at the time. I stayed overnight where there were many items on the menu which were in available so I hardly ate apart from a few busicuits and some tea. I was not given the information of how my operation went or their findings, albeit being told that I had. I eventually got a follow up which was very vague - wait a few months as it will all sort itself out. Not very comforting when you are still in pain. I have now been referred to an endocrinologist as my cortisol levels where 16 when the range is 0.7-11.2. I have been for a number of blood tests for this consultant. I arrived for a blood test in early January where the nurse took several samples. Leaving me with the most horrific bruising I have ever had - approximately 10-15cm which turned yellow and blue. When I realised at work I came back to the priory to check everything was ok. The nurse I spoke to said the first nurse had hit muscle but because it wasn't raised I shouldn't worry. After having blood tests on and off for the past 7years you can imagine my upset at paying for private healthcare which caused this damage. I was mortified when it was a colleague at work who had pointed it out that day. I have visited the endocrinologist since January with referral from the gynaecologist. When visiting he stated that from the blood tests I had done in January for him there is nothing showing other than PCOS and it would be best to wait a further 3 months to see if we progress with medication. I then received a letter from the referring consultant showing my cortisol levels as stated above. Upon speaking to the consultants secretary the consultant had not seen these and wished for me to give permission to the previous consultant to release these. Two weeks later and I am still chasing two secretaries to find out if the consultant has had my results - one saying they have sent it and the other stating they don't know if the doctor has seen them. Utterly ridiculous.
