"Perfect from start to finish"

Some people are really quick to moan about the NHS but I think people will miss it should they privatise the organisation. The receptionist was perfect, she was cheerful, polite and had a pretty smile. I saw a doctor in General Medicine Maple Unit. He was very patient with me and made me feel comfortable and I would always recommend him to anyone. He speaks to you like a human being and not like he's trying to get rid of you. Thank you to everyone in that department.
