About: St Richard's Hospital

I had a little minor surgery today (4th feb 15) that required a general anaesthetic which I was not looking forward to. However, every staff member I encountered was just bloomin lovely and actually made the experience quite a nice one. Their kindness and friendliness really makes all the difference when feeling a little nervous about things. Just wanted to say thank you to them and let them know how much they helped me today.

How kind of you to take the time to give such lovely feedback, following a procedure that you were not looking forward to. Staff work very hard to reassure patients, and your comments are very much appreciated.
