On Saturday in Early February I called 111 as a patient with cardiac Disease and Heart Failure. I had got up that morning and felt really poorly. I could not get myself up to do anything. After a few questions the operator said he was despatching a Paramedic who appeared quite quickly. Followed quite shortly by an ambulance. After some discussion it was decided to take me into A&E at Q Elizabeth. I was put in a room with bed and over the next couple of hours had chest xray, blood tests and ECG. Also got a sandwich for lunch which considering how ill I felt was very good. In the end the Docters could not find anything untoward wrong. so I was discharged. Happy that I was OKAY.
