Hi!

I should like to thank all the nursing staff at the unit for their excellent treatment and friendly manners. I have attended on a regular basis for the last twelve months.

On every visit they have been very helpful and tried to make appointments to suit my busy schedule, I cannot thank them enough.

The only negative comment I would make is the change in venue, from Darly Court on Shepherd Cross St near my home to Breightmet Health Centre. It is a very inconvenient location, off busy main roads at the other side of town.

I will require treatment for the rest of my life and would welcome the choice of where the treatment should be administered.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of the Rapid Response Service. I am pleased that you have found the care you have received from the team to be excellent and I will pass your comments to the nursing staff who provided your treatment.

We are sorry to hear that you do not find the Breightmet Centre a convenient location. We shall consider options to increase the choice of locations available and ensure all patients using the service are advised if we are able to offer alternate locations.
