"All turned out OK in the end"

About: Shropshire and Staffordshire Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

The GP didn’t see me, as the optician sent letter to GP saying I needed laser treatment on my eye hence are scores for my GP.

Hospital service was great.

The only problem was the NHS transport, arrived 1 ½ hrs late, so I missed appointment time. Was stressed phoning NHS transport people & the hospital. All turned out OK in the end.

Dear Ashmore805

Thank you for sharing your experience with the TRAQS team.

I am sorry that you had probems with the NHS transport - the provider has changed recently which did cause some inital problems.

I am sure that if you contact them they will be happy to discuss your concerns.

Thank you again for sharing your feedback
