The staff are great doing a great job, the management let the team down, I have had my appointment cancelled 5 times now, I am supposed to be seen every 6 months, that was in September we are now in Feb and still haven’t been seen, message on Fri to call so called and guess what she is on leave ?

We have received the following update from the business unit.

'Unfortunately due to doctors’ being on sick leave we have had to cancel clinics, some at short notice which is not acceptable for the patients’ experience of ULHT. I can only apologise for the delay in patients being seen but this is due to circumstances beyond our control.
