My Grandma passed away here in the summer and me and my family were there for days as she deteriorated. The medical staff explained when she was initially admitted and discussed how she was with us on a daily basis. We were offered every kindness from the staff who preserved my grandma's dignity at every moment as well as ours, we were given privacy and allowed to spend time with her.
