Everyone I spoke to was very kind and professional, and my consultant was very thorough and left me feeling much for reassured. I'd particularly like to thank the nurse who took blood - I was very scared about having my first blood test, but she was so reassuring and competent it made the experience much more bearable. Things like this make such a difference!
