"Visit to A and E"

I went to A and E on the afternoon of Sunday 4th Jan 15 with a broken wrist. The department was extremely busy with all kinds of people with different types of injury. I thought I would have to wait for a long time to be seen. However I was seen and X rayed within 1 hour and 15 minutes. Although noone was available to do the necessary procedure that day, I was made very comfortable and all the staff were caring, patient and professional. I understand that the Department had seen unprecedented numbers of injured and ill people over that weekend yet the staff did their work in a highly efficient and caring manner. So, many thanks to all the staff at A and E.
