Attended hospital with my husband for clinical investigation in day case unit. We were not advised in admittance letter that my husband would have to remain in bed on ward for 6 hours after the procedure was carried out. Thought we should have been told this prior to admission. However, can only praise the efficiency of staff on the ward, very attentive, pleasant, and kept us fully informed of what was happening. The ward was immaculately clean, noticed as soon as patient left bedding was taken away and bed, plus surrounding area cleaned immediately. While waiting for my husband, I had a meal in the restaurant, again can only praise the quality of food on offer, for very reasonable price. NHS often gets a bad press but Worcester Royal is doing a great job. Thank you.
