I just wanted to say how impressed I was with my treatment today. I had an appointment at hull royal. I only had to wait 30 mins for my appointment and when I got in there the doctor was fantastic, he listened to me and explained everything clearly and made time for me. He didn't rush me in and out but instead took time to talk and has organised for more to be done to help me with my health problem. The nurses were fab too and checked that I understood what would happen next and were all very friendly and kind. Thank you.
