"experience attending eye clinic"

Attended the eye clinic with my son who was being seen by the consultant. We approached the main reception desk and enquired where we should go, Liz the attendant at the desk smiled and escorted us right to the door of the clinic, talking to us and putting my son at ease by telling us what a flagship the department was for opthalmology.

all the staff in the dept were cheerful and helpful. We were both very impressed by the service.

The only criticism we have is that the sign posting for the car park could be improved, from the front of the hospital.
