"The dentist was very brusk"

The receptionist was very pleasant and friendly. The dentist was very brusk. Not a very warming tone of voice for special needs clients. Most people working with special needs people are warm, friendly and caring.

Our service takes great pride in the service we deliver to our patients, so therefore I am concerned that you found the Dentist brusk. I can only apologise for this and reassure you that your comments will be raised at our next team meeting.

As a service we expect patients and carers to receive the same pleasant and friendly service you recieved from the reception staff, from all our staff.
