Excellent care was given to my 10 year old son who underwent an operation in Sept 2014. (The 2nd op in 4 months). A&E staff escalated our situation well and didn't keep us waiting long at all. The Childrens ward was fantastic. Staff couldn't do enough for us. The Urology Consultant, was wonderful. So kind, compassionate and never once made us feel like we we bothering him. He communicated with us well and gave us heaps of reassurance - I felt 100% happy and safe with my son in his care. I noticed a lovely feel of community spirit throughout the hospital, which ran through to all carers and even catering people and the cafe staff. Something you don't find when you visit a hospital like Worcester.
