About: Trafford General Hospital

After 2 recent stays on AMU at Trafford General I cannot praise all staff on ward highly enough...I also feel I must mention the care and professionalism of one particular nursing assistant who spent a long time with a very worried and frightened patient(not me). She made a difference

Thank you for your comments posted on the Patient Opinion website, regarding your care whilst an inpatient on the Acute Medical Unit (AMU) at Trafford Hospital in December 2014. It was very kind of you to write and compliment the staff as it is good to receive positive feedback which reflects the hard work and dedication of our staff.

We are reassured to hear that during your inpatient stay you found the care you received to be of a high standard. We were particularly please to read that you felt one of the nursing assistants was caring and professional and that you appreciated the time she spent supporting anxious patients. Your comments will be passed to the Matron for AMU so that she is able to share them with all the staff on the Unit.
