"Pain clinic - wonderful service let down by..."

The pain management unit is a wonderful unit with wonderful staff. I have only had good experiences with this service aside from the odd cancelled appointment but that is to be expected - they are only human. My only concern is the in house management. Whilst having acupuncture I was appalled to hear the way in which the charge nurse spoke to the girls at the nurses station. It was vulgar, patronising and rude. One example was calling a healthcare assistant "(expletive deleted) stupid". Such as shame when the nursing staff work so hard.
