"Excellent professionalism in all dept."

About: James Paget University Hospital

From the time my breast cancer was diagnosed, to the mastectomy and the first session of chemotherapy. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the coordination between staff and departments. From day one I have been treated with respect and dignity my and husband have always had every procedure explained clearly. The only down side was the pre op appointment, this was badly planned and I'm sure could be streamlined for a more effective way of speeding things up, we were there for 5.5 hours not good. Apart from that well done everyone, keep up the good work. Happy New Year 2015. Pam & Martin Hazell.

Thanks so much for taking the time to record your comments. Our team will be pleased to see that the care they have given to you, and the support provided to your husband, has met your needs. Your comments on the pre op assessment process will also be reviewed as part of the work we are doing to better understand and, where necessary, improve on our patients' experience.
