I had a total hysterectomy on the 19th December. I have never had surgery before and was utterly terrified when my GP said I would need surgery. From the start to finish the care and respect I have been shown from everyone at the hospital has been perfect. I wish I could remember every ones name but I can't except my wonderful Surgeon. I'm only just two days on from surgery and feel great. I'm sure it's due to the care I received whilst in the care of the gynocology team and the nursing staff. Any lady about to have this surgery, go in with a positive frame of mind. Your in very safe hands.
