"Really happy with service"

About: Arrowe Park Hospital

My 2 year old daughter broke her arm and I took her to the Children's A&E at Arrowe Park. After a bit of confusion over whether it was broken or not, once it was decided it was the service we received both at the time I took her in and the aftercare was excellent. The break was identified at 9pm at night and she was down in theatre by 9am the next day. The nurses, doctors and anaesthetics were all brilliant and the doctors at the fracture clinic for the follow up appointments were great with her and always made sure she had the 'Froggy chair' to sit on and plenty of stickers to make her big sister jealous! Thank you to everyone who went above and beyond to ensure Pippa's experience of hospital was a positive one and, most importantly, that she received the care she needed to make a full recovery.
