Dear Sir just some 6 weeks ago I had Radical Prostrate Surgery at K&C
I would very much like to recommend the surgeon Mr Eddy and his staff for looking after me at this worrying time and doing a brilliant job Operating on me. Leaving me with a zero PSA result.
It was a very worrying time for me and my family, as soon as I was admitted to the Clark Ward. I was instantly taken care of, the nursing staff were all very efficient and the start of my day to remember was starting to change from an horrific day to a much nicer day quite unexpected. I was made to feel at ease and comfortable, other than the dreaded enema, not nice, but had to be done, after. All was down hill for me the day was getting easier, the staff couldn't have been nicer, I was aware of the cleanliness and the efficiency of the staff, After a while a nice man came for me to go to the Theatre. He also was very friendly which put me at ease. So far so good. but more was to come, the theatre staff were unbelievably friendly, I was made to feel very special, we all had a good chat, then I was out of it, awakening some hours later, feeling no pain and hardly any discomfort at all to my surprise, it was unbelievable all going so well, every body was so friendly and very efficient, I slept soundly throughout the night, next morning Mr Eddy came to see I was ok. I cannot speak highly enough of this man, from the beginning he gave me the confidence to feel all would be well, explaining how the OP would go, and he was right I had little to worry about, I have a lot to thank Mr Eddy and the Staff at K&C for. it wouldn't bother me at all to go through it all again, with such wonderful people you have at Canterbury.
I would like to Thank them all once again for the way they were, Friendly Cheery, Efficient. above all a Jolly good crowd of Professionals.
"Friendly, cheery and efficient"
