Having been referred by my GP for hearing tests the process of seeing the ENT specialist, Audiologist and hearing aid fitting was done efficiently and quickly. This is important given the shock of being told that I had a significant hearing loss. It is also significant as Hillingdon PCT has turned its finances around and cut waiting lists for hearing aid fittings. Well done all who were part of the process in the Hillingdon NHS.
