"They make people more poorly"

About: Lynfield Mount Hospital

Disgusted with this place. They discharged my brother in his dressing gown. When you ring they fob you off saying they need patients permission to speak... he has a mental illness! My brother is now walking round bare foot in desperate need of help. Last time I rang, a member of staff said they can't tell me anything because they can't access the file. At the very end of the call the member of staff said they had seen him today and he was angry and upset! What is going on over there??? No wonder people don't recover, where is the aftercare??
