"Poor service"

About: Watford General Hospital

My 3 year daughter was referred to this department by an optometrist. Following her initial appointment we were told that she will need to be seen to by another specialist. She was given an appointment for 4 months later. A month before her appointment date, we received a letter in the post moving her appointment out a further 2 months, meaning she would be seen to 6 months following her initial appointment. When I called to find out the reason, my call was transferred. I left a voive message the call was not returned. When I rang back, I was again transferred. The lady that took the call, asked me hold, but then hung up. The third time I called, I was told that someone would call me back. I still await the call. Very dissappointed at the attitude of the department towards a child eyesight.
