Thanks to all the staff at the Surgical Day Case Unit at the Sunderland Royal Hospital for all the excellent person centred and probably second to none treatment which I received on the 11th Nov 2014. The treatment was so professional from start to finish.I felt totally reassured at very stage of the procedure a special thank you to the anaesthetics / block team for explaining to me everything they were doing before my surgery again I felt totally involved and reassured . Thanks again very much appreciated I hope you all have a great Xmas and New year All the best Colin
