My Triage assessment was within the posted time scale after arrival, I was referred to the Nurse practitioner in the Walk in Centre where my treatment was carried out very professionally with focus on my welfare and follow on treatment required. This made me feel very relaxed as opposed to being anxious on arrival. Top marks to both A&E and The Walk in Centre.
