It's so easy to join in knocking an organisation when it's going through a bad time, but my experience today was a delight. Everyone I came into contact with showed the kind of patient focused care it's impossible to fault. From the receptionists through to the radiographer (as well as the member of staff who went out of his way to show me where I needed to go!) they were helpful, polite and caring.
