The radiology people were incredible and The issues were absolutely nothing to do with them, we were disappointed with the toilets near the main entrance human excrement in the ladies on the toilet seat does not go down well for infection control - added to that £3.30 for 54 minutes parking is scandalous - the smoking of cigarettes should be banned from site not forgetting the stench and passive smoking that affects others - smokers we want a life so stop contaminating our lungs - in summary the reception area needs a good scrub and that appears to be a gateway for spreading disease with little or no control - the cafe is less than 50 feet away from the loo's that smell and are revolting.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience. We would like to reassure you that all the toilets at West Suffolk Hospital are cleaned five times a day between 6am-10pm. In addition there are stickers in each toilet with a number to call to report any problems, this same number can be called from Main Reception. A housekeeper will then attend within 10 minutes to clean the facilities. We would also like to reassure you that the front reception area is cleaned on a daily basis. We would also advise that we have do have a 'No Smoking Policy' that covers the whole site, including the area outside the main entrance. Unfortunately this is difficult to enforce completely and effectively. Thank you for taking the time to leave this review and we hope you are reassured by the response we have given.
