(as the patient),

I was extremely impressed by my recent visit to Lever Chambers for investigation of knee pain. Everyone without exception was very caring and efficient. It had the atmosphere of a private clinic. The same applies to the scanned unit for patient care and friendliness. I am just starting the progression towards eventual surgery at the hospital and all this has calmed my fears. It is also impressive that, from GP surgery onwards, I have not yet seen a 'doctor'.
