"Excessive waiting times"

About: Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

(as the patient),

Appointment was at half twelve for a day procedure. At two I was finally called through to be told there were still six people ahead of me and could be waiting another two hours. This meant my son who was with me had to take the rest of the day off as he had only booked the morning meaning he will now lose pay. Nothing was said when I first got here about how long the wait was. Just left sitting here abandoned.
