My wife was diagnosed with Cancer in 2012. After Chemotherapy and Radiation a District Nurse was supposed to visit once per month to check progress. Since 20th March 2014 there has not been one visit.
Excuses included are we are short staffed or it is a bank holiday this weekend. Supposed to have a visit today but they never turned up.
Why, because it's nearly Christmas and I am not holding my breath.
