"I don't get much information"

About: The Royal Liverpool University Hospital / General medicine

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I am a patient of the kidney clinic. I have had lots of tests but I don't get much information about what the scores mean and if I should be worried or not. There is a lack of information. No-one can tell me what is up. I don't know how to look after my kidneys. It does worry me, especiailly as I have lots of other health conditons as well.
