"Difficult to get a drink of water at Nottingham outpatients"

I attended the x-ray department at Nottingham City Hospital to check my kidneys. The best thing about my treatment was the courtesy of the staff.

But the speed of the appointment could have been better. I had been given the appointment for 9.45am but was not called till 10.30am. I was not made to feel angry or embarrassed at any point during my treatment.

Unfortunately, both water fountains in clinic 1 and 2 were out of action so it was difficult to get a drink of water. Otherwise everyone was friendly and professional.
