About: Rowley Hall Hospital Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I had been in pain from arthritis in my hip for many months. After consulting my doctor (at Linden Hall Newport) I was given physio (at Newport cottage hospital) before being referred to TRAQS and am now seeing a consultant at Rowley Hall Hospital ( I previously had a replacement knee operation at Rowley Hall where I was treated well and considerately at all times)

Throughout this entire process, I (and my wife too) have been treated with kindness in a polite and very dignified, efficient manner.

Thank you to all concerned – I am happy to continue the story when my care is completed.

Dear Centre208

I am pleased to hear that the TRAQS team were able to arrange an appointment at a hospital of your Choice and that you are receiving appropriate treatment.

The TRAQS team take Customer Service very seriously and it is always lovely to receive such positive feedback from a grateful patient.

I wish you well with the rest of your treatment and look forward to hearing the remainder of your story when your care is completed.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us of your experience.

Update posted by Centre208 (the patient)

I have seen Mr Shaylor at Rowley Hall & after careful examination & X Rays he has concluded the problem is Lower Lumber Stenosis & he is confident that an injection into my spine will ease the pain. This will be done under local anaesthetic. I am confident it will give me a better quality of life in the new year.

I go for a pre procedure assessment quite soon. When my treatment concludes I will update the page.

Many thanks to all involved for my care so far. I am very grateful to them all.
