"Treated very well at Telford Hospital"

I was referred to hospital by my local HP, was expecting an appointment to arrive automatically in post when I got a phone call from a very nice and very polite and helpful woman offering me a choice of hospitals to be seen at and a choice of appointment times and dates. This was very good as it meant I could fit an appointment in and around my work. I have been seen by a doctor and was treated very well at Telford Hospital.

I have been referred to Shrewsbury hospital for day surgery so will have to travel due to Telford not doing minor ops now. But everyone I have spoken to and been seen by have been great, especially the women on the phone that started everything off. Thank you so much for everything so far. Keep up the great work that you all do.
