Dear Anna, We are very disappointed to read about your father’s experience with us and take concerns like this incredibly seriously. We would like the opportunity to look into this in more detail, so therefore ask you get in touch with matron, Clair Riddell on 0116 258 8328 or by clair.riddell@uhl-tr.nhs.uk. Clair would like to discuss your father’s experience in more detail, either over the phone or in a face-to-face meeting if you would prefer. Kind regards Communications Team Leicester’s Hospitals
