"Receptionist needs training."

I do not want a debate with a receptionist who is both aggressive and rude about how the internal market of the NHS works and why if your child needs a dressing changed you need to turn up at a specific time - that will be a time that is unpublished anywhere in any literature related to the hospital and seemingly known only to the staff. I want my child treated. I do not want to be called 'madam' I do not run a brothel and I am not over 90. Please do not treat customers like they are the undeserving poor. This is not your NHS it is our NHS. You are not the gatekeeper you are a receptionist, you type stuff in and you speak to people with respect.
