"Broken tooth"

While eating my sandwich I broke my tooth. When I rang my dentist I was disgusted to find I had been taken off there books without notification having gone to the same practise for over 45 years. I was given a phone number to ring and that was that. I rang the number and the lady was very nice and I was told I would be called back within 1 hour. I was called back within 15minutes. I was given advise what to do and told to ring the following morning as I needed to see a dentist. When I rang the following morning I was given an appointment with a dentist. I went and got sorted and now have a new dentist. But the ladies on the helpline phones were really nice and helpful and I don't know what i would have done without them. Thanks.
