"Front line staff don't listen"

About: East Surrey Hospital

Emergency receptionists fail to listen and as a result cancer patients are not treated as the standards set out in their charter . Treatment not correctly giving putting patient in life threatening situation. Receptionist over ridding consultant for admission for operation slots for cancer sufferer. Nothing is straight forward and carelessness resulting in treatable infections will kill the patient, not the cancer .
