This morning I attended a biomechanical assessment at Dewsbury health centre. I did not have to wait long for my appointment and was more than happy with the service I was provided with. The podiatrist was very helpful and informative. I was prescribed with insoles that were efficiently made there and then by a gentleman named James. James was also very helpful and friendly, providing me with great service and advice on the insoles. He also kindly cut the insoles down to a size which I can wear in various shoes and boots. Overall, I was very happy with the service and care I was provided with today.
