"I can't praise them enough"

About: Royal Oldham Hospital / Accident and emergency Tameside General Hospital / Paediatrics

(as a parent/guardian),

We arrived at Oldham Royal hospital on thursday evening after seeing the doctor who was great with my 12 year old son we were told that he needed to be kept in overnight but, no beds were available (this is our local hospital we live 2 miles away 5 mins in the car ).

We were transferred at 2:45 am to Tameside hospital /the children's ward and saw nurse Anna who was fantastic with my son who by this time was shattered. I had heard all kind of bad stories about the hospital but I cant praise them enough. The ward was spotless and the nurses brilliant. many thanks

Many thanks for your feedback about the children’s ward at Tameside Hospital. The whole team here work hard to make sure that the care given and the environment that children are cared for in is of an exceptional standard.

I shall ensure that the staff including Anna and the cleaning staff get to see your lovely comments and we all hope that your son is recovering well.

Thank you for leaving your comment regarding your son’s visit to the Royal Oldham Hospital (Children’s ward at Tameside Hospital). We are pleased you were happy with the service your son received and also pleased you found the staff brilliant and the wards spotless. We will forward your comment to the Childrens ward at Tameside Hospital who we are sure, will share with the rest of the team.
