"Brilliant with knee injuries!"

Attended Minor Injuries after dislocating my knee whilst doing karate. The staff were brilliant! They were efficient and effective, even managing to arrange a rapid referral to the Orthopaedic Department at a nearby hospital just a few days later. They even managed to arrange an appointment time designed to ensure it would take place on a day that a Knee Specialist would be available. The nurse practitioner that sorted it all out was really knowledgeable and experienced. Having had 3 bouts of knee surgery previously, I can say with confidence that his treatment was at least as good as could have been provided by any doctor. They were also experiencing an IT failure of some sort at the time but this did not prevent or delay the referral procedure in any way. Many thanks to all at Ripon.
