"My daughter had nine biopsies, but no diagnosis"

My daughter recently attended the Walton Breast Centre where she underwent several mammograms and biopsies. This involved a very painful process - from which nine biopsies were extracted from her breast whilst she was being squeezed between that horrible mammogram machine (I'm certain a man invented that!).
Upon returning the next week for the results, which, as you can imagine, both her and her husband were very 'keyed up' about, they were told: 'Unfortunately, your results were inconclusive - the biopsies missed the actual target, and you will have to return again next week and go through the whole procedure again.'
Needless to say, the two of them were not only very angry and upset, but extremely disappointed to realise they were no further ahead, and this meant another two weeks of waiting to hear whether or not there could be a cancer present.
Not only has my daughter had to face all this, but she is so upset, she is having to take time off work, as she cannot concentrate on anything else at the moment.
The purpose of my writing to you here, is to say: 'What happens now?' Because I think the person responsible for taking these biopsies should be 'hauled over the coals' for not doing their job right - never mind 'unfortunately your results were inconclusive'.
What my daughter went through in getting these tests done, and now has to face this all over again, should not have happened. She would have gone private, but was advised by her GP that it wouldn't be any quicker - well, I'll give you that. But maybe she would not have had to contend with the radiologist or whoever it was that took the nine biopsies.
