I would like to say how marvellous the Charing Cross Gender Identity Clinic is. From the shrinks to the surgeons I have been treated with complete understanding and respect throughout my 3 year journey with them.
I think they get a bad press in the community. Any 'faults' are usually to do with them being overstretched, like elsewhere in the NHS, which overall is marvellous and should not be criticised as often as it is.
There are flaws and faults in every bureaucarcy but overall there is professionalism and high quality service in theNHS.
