My mother was in one of your plastic wards North 7 – I think - and has nothing but praise for all your staff doctors, nurses, dinner ladies etc she was treated with consideration and respect and kept informed at all times of her treatment etc – we came to pick her up yesterday and have to say our experience was very different to ones we have had at local hospitals where non medical staff can be very unhelpful - the man on the main reception desk was so helpful and as I didn’t know my mothers DOB he even wrote it down on a slip of paper for me – what a nice guy – we got lost trying to find the ward and general staff who came across us wondering around were also very helpful and volunteered to help before we asked – people are very quick to complain but not so quick to take the time to comment on a good experience so I would just like to say on my mum’s behalf and ours how happy she was with the whole experience which could have been very traumatic for her.
"Excellent experience"
