About: Crosshouse Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I had an appointment at the cardiology clinic – to start off with my appointment was on time, and the reception staff were polite and pleasant.

I had a pacemaker fitted – the ward manager was extremely good, pleasant and gave me lots of good information.

I was at the staff’s mercy but they were 100% good – I could find nothing to complain about.

It can be daunting having a new experience like this and I am so glad it went to well. Each aspect of your care seems to have been smooth and very effective.
