"caton ward & the hospital"

I would like to thank you all for the exceptional care that I recieved from every one involved in my care, from walking in through the front door to leaving. I was treated with care & dignity. This being the second time of admission to the hospital as the first time my operation was canceled because my consultant was concerned about my medical condition - I was not well enough for the operation to proceed which was the correct decision and I am eternally grateful to my consultant for making that decision, and the way my consultant handled how the news was broken to me, it was a very caring. The treatment I recieved from the staff on dott ward was exceptional all the time I was on the ward - what a true and caring team they all are. On my latest admission I was on caton ward where the care I recieved there was exeptional again. I received first class care, and at all times, treated with respect and care which relaxed me taking the worry away about the operation. The theatre staff were absolutely fantastic making me feel so relaxed before the procedure again true professional people I can not thank them enough. I would now like to thank the consultant for the kindness & caring that I was shown, at no point did I feel worried about my operation because of the way my treatment was handled. What an outstanding hospital you have. I would not hesitate recomending your hospital to anybody requiring treatment. Yours faithfully john stott
