"Day surgery"

About: Princess Alexandra Hospital (Harlow)

The pre-op assessment was disorganised and I was left waiting for over 90 minutes (some patients were left for 2 hours). The whole procedure could have been streamlined. It took 30 minutes to process patient and I was very straightforward. On the day of the surgery the surgeon (who wasnt the person I had seen in clinic) questioned whether I needed the surgery and I felt beliitled (i am 18 years old) and uncomfortable. After tthe surgery she said she know understood why I needed the procedure. I would not recommend anyone to use this surgeon.
